Welcome to Nova File Pro (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of NovaFilePro.com and all related tools, products, features, and services (“Service”).
By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

1. Eligibility

You must:

• Provide accurate account information

If you Sign up for a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must Sign up. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure

• All activity under your account

• Updating your information when necessary

If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately.

3. Membership Plans

Nova File Pro offers multiple subscription tiers:

Free Plan

Includes basic tools with limited processing, lower upload sizes, and shorter file retention.

Member Plan

Includes enhanced tools exclusive to paid members, elevated processing speeds, higher limits, and elevated support response times.

Member Pro Plan

Includes access to all tools, priority processing, maximum limits, no feature restrictions, and priority support responses.

We may update plan features from time to time. Any material changes will be communicated in advance.

4. Billing & Payments

4.1 Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled.
By subscribing, you authorize us (via PayPal or other payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for recurring fees.

4.2 Refunds

Because Nova File Pro provides instant access to digital tools and processing resources, all payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

4.4 Failed Payments

If a payment cannot be processed:

• We may suspend or downgrade your account

• You remain responsible for any unpaid amounts

5. File Uploads & Data Handling

5.1 Temporary Storage

Uploaded files are stored temporarily for the purpose of processing them through our tools.
Retention varies by plan:

• Free: short retention

• Member: extended retention

• Member Pro: longest retention

5.2 Automatic Deletion

All files are automatically deleted after their retention period or when processing completes.
We do not guarantee recovery of deleted files.

5.3 Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your files during processing, but:

• We do not guarantee absolute security

• You are responsible for backing up your data

5.4 Prohibited Content

You may NOT upload:

• Illegal content

• Malware or harmful scripts

• Copyrighted material without permission

• Anything violating third-party rights

• Extremely sensitive data (medical, financial, SSNs, etc.)

We may remove any file or suspend your account for violations.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Abuse, overload, or attempt to exploit the platform

• Automate interactions without permission

• Reverse engineer any part of the Service

• Attempt unauthorized access to servers or systems

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes

We reserve the right to monitor usage to ensure compliance.

7. Ownership & Licenses

7.1 Your Content

You retain full ownership of files you upload.
You grant us a temporary, non-exclusive license to:

• Process, convert, or modify your files solely for the purpose of providing the Service

We do not use your files for training AI, marketing, or analytics.

7.2 Our Content

All branding, code, tools, designs, and infrastructure belong to Nova File Pro.
You may not copy, modify, redistribute, or resell our Service.

8. Tool Accuracy & Performance

Nova File Pro provides tools “as-is.”
While we strive for accurate, high-quality processing:

We do not guarantee that:

• Every file will process successfully

• Output will meet your expected quality

• Tools will always be available or error-free

• Converted content will retain formatting perfectly

You agree to use the Service at your own risk.

9. Support

Members and Member Pro users receive elevated and priority response times, respectively.
We may communicate via:

• Email

• HelpDesk Pro ticket system

• Automated notifications

Support is offered during business hours unless otherwise noted.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms

• Upload prohibited content

• Attempt to misuse or attack the Service

• Submit fraudulent payment information

You may terminate your account at any time through your dashboard.

Upon termination:

• Your files will be deleted

• Your subscription (if any) will remain active through the paid period

• Some records may be retained for legal compliance

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as-is” and “as available.”
We make no warranties, express or implied, including:

• Merchantability

• Fitness for a particular purpose

• Non-infringement

We are not liable for:

• Loss of files

• Processing errors

• Downtime or service interruptions

• Third-party service failures (PayPal, hosting, etc.)

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Nova File Pro and its operators are not liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Loss of data, revenue, or business

• Claims arising from your use of the Service

Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months (if any).

13. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time.
When we do, we will post the revised version on the website with a new “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or small-claims court unless prohibited by law.
